Wendy Hernández

“We’re not just assistants. We’re partners in purpose. We anchor the brilliance behind the bold.”

Wendy Hernández is a former educator turned entrepreneur who founded LionsPride Assistant to redefine what modern executive support can look like—bold, strategic, and deeply values-aligned.

She began her career in education as Special Assistant to school-turnaround expert Dr. Lindsa McIntyre. Over the course of 10 years, she worked alongside Dr. McIntyre at three Boston high schools serving at-risk students. Wendy’s work combined operational excellence with leadership support: managing office systems, writing grant proposals, creating administrative procedures, supporting HR, and coaching teachers as an instructional coach.

Known for her ability to build deep relationships and streamline complex workflows, Wendy transitioned into entrepreneurship to offer high-level, done-for-you support to executives, entrepreneurs, and consultants operating at the top of their game.

She holds a B.A. in Human Resources Management and Writing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst (awarded the Talented Minority Scholarship), a Master of Education from UMass Boston, and completed a collection of short stories through the MFA in Creative Writing program at Lesley University.

Wendy is a proud lioness who leads with loyalty, honesty, and integrity. She partners with award-winning innovators and industry disruptors as a trusted, solutions-oriented leader. Beyond the business, she advocates for education, LGBTQ+ equity, and animal rights—and lives with unapologetic joy and authenticity.
